Check availability of the gite that you require on the dates you need.
Send us an e-mail - to gasconygitesATyahoo.co.uk (replace the word AT with @) stating the dates you require, and your preferred gite. The website is updated frequently, but it is possible that a reservation may have been accepted and not yet posted on the website. We will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm availability.
Your email reservation will be held for 10 days from receipt. We will send an email with our booking form and a printable version of our terms of letting. We will require a 20% deposit to secure the booking, and ask you to send this to us along the completed booking form and signed agreement to our terms of letting. We accept payment by cheque only, in either pounds sterling (UK bank accounts only) or euros (Euro accounts only) at the rates posted.
Upon receipt of your signed agreement to the terms of letting, plus the deposit, your booking will be held secure. A reminder that the final balance is due will be sent to you by email 10 weeks prior to your intended departure, along with driving directions and local information.
Payment
We accept payment by cheque, in either pounds sterling (UK bank accounts only) or euros (Euro accounts only) at the rates posted on the rate and availability page of this website. Please make your cheque payable to Helen Eadie and send with your signed and dated agreement to the following address:
